Reporting to the Executive Chef, you will drive day-to-day kitchen operations, develop the brigade and shape a seasonal, produce-driven menu.

You will oversee ordering, food cost control, rostering and safety compliance, while nurturing a cooperative kitchen culture and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
