Merit seeks a Technology Lead to drive end-to-end design of its proprietary software, from architecture to leading a small development team, managing projects, prioritising features, and migrating legacy on-premises platforms to cloud solutions.

You will lead the transition of 32-bit to 64-bit workflows, introduce AI coding/testing tools, and ensure robust UX. Experience with .NET is essential, and agile/waterfall project management practices are valued.
