Working across our Bar and Gaming areas, you will play an key role in the day-to-day operations of the Club, providing friendly and professional service to our members and guests.

Key responsibilities
Providing excellent customer service across our Bar and Gaming areas.
Preparing and serving beverages in accordance with RSA requirements.
Assisting with gaming room operations and maintaining a welcoming environment.
Processing customer transactions and handling cash accurately.
Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, presentation and workplace safety.
Working collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth Club operations.
Ensuring compliance with Club policies, procedures and relevant legislation.

About you
Hold a current NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) competency.
Hold a current NSW Responsible Conduct of Gambling (RCG) competency.




Have a strong customer service focus and excellent communication skills.
Be reliable, punctual, well-presented and able to work effectively as part of a team.
Be versatile and available to work a variety of shifts across a rotating 7-day roster, including weekends, evenings and public holidays.
Have a positive attitude and the ability to work in a busy hospitality setting.
