Excellent Southern Bank is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to work from Brisbane or Sydney. You will lead analysis across large, strategic programs, translate business needs into scalable solutions, and partner with Product, Legal, UX and tech teams to deliver outcomes.

You’ll drive workshops, refine backlogs, and guide delivery ceremonies, balancing customer value with cost and speed. A solid BA background in banking or digital transformation is ideal.
