Pakenham Mazda is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our team in Pakenham South. This full time role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service and accurately communicating vehicle repair needs to customers.

You will book appointments, coordinate with the workshop, maintain detailed service records and promote Mazda products and services. A minimum of 2 years in a service advisor role and solid communication skills are required.
