NFP People Limited is seeking an Operational Manager in Brighton to lead a residential support service for homelessness and complex needs. You will oversee a dedicated team, ensure high-quality, person-centred support and uphold safeguarding, safety and risk management.

You will guide the service through a planned demobilisation at contract end, collaborating with partners to help residents transition to protected, appropriate outcomes while maintaining service standards.
