Animal Referral and Emergency Centre (AREC) in Waratah NSW is seeking an experienced People and Culture Manager to join the Executive Team. You will own workforce strategy, leadership development and culture, while the team handles HR and payroll administration.

You will partner with the CEO on major people decisions, lead a small team, and shape AREC's people agenda as the business grows. This is a high-impact, strategic role within a privately owned, ASAVA-accredited hospital.
