JW Marriott Gold Coast Resort & Spa is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join our luxury kitchen team on a full-time and part time basis. Reporting to the Executive Chef, you will contribute to delivering high-quality dishes to our discerning guests.

We are looking for a team player with a passion for food, robust food safety knowledge, and excellent communication skills who can work autonomously or with others in a fast-paced luxury hotel workplace.
