u&u; Recruitment Partners is recruiting an Admin & Onboarding Coordinator to support the Recruitment and Training team during a growth phase. You will manage high-volume admin tasks, coordinate candidate documentation, and engage candidates across channels, including daily Open Days.

This role requires robust organisational skills, excellent communication, and a proactive, energetic approach to working with diverse communities. Travel to depots and external locations is expected.
