Tandem Partners is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner on a 12-month fixed-term basis to support a key operational division across multiple locations in Recent South Wales. You will partner with leaders, deliver people initiatives and advise on workforce matters in a rapid-paced workplace.
You will drive talent management, succession planning and engagement programs while collaborating with HR CoE teams to ensure business objectives are achieved and employee experience remains solid.
