Amazon Logistics is seeking an Operations Manager (Sortation Shift) in Australia to lead a team of Shift Managers within the Delivery Station network. You will drive safety, productivity, and continuous improvement while ensuring on-time, cost-productive delivery of millions of packages.

You’ll report to the Site Lead and may work night shifts; solid people leadership and Lean skills are essential to optimize staffing and forecast workloads across shifts.
