We are seeking a Practice Nurse (Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse) who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in providing exceptional care to patients. This permanent part time opportunity is ideally suited to someone who can work independently, while also contributing as a valued member of a collaborative clinical team.

About the role

You'll work closely with our GPs and practice team, supporting a range of clinical and patient care activities including:
Immunisations and vaccinations
Wound care and dressings
Health assessments and care planning
Chronic disease management support
Patient recalls and follow-up activities
Infection control and quality improvement initiatives
Clinical documentation and administrative support

About you

To be successful in this role, you will have:




Current AHPRA registration as an RN or EN
Previous experience in general practice, primary care or community health (preferred)
Strong communication and organisational skills
Confidence working autonomously when required
A positive, team-oriented approach
Commitment to delivering excellent patient care
Permanent part-time opportunity (15 hours per week)
