Hamilton Island's Bakery on Hamilton Island is seeking a Cook with a passion for cakes and pastry. You’ll contribute to a busy production kitchen crafting cakes, slices and cookies, applying careful decoration and presentation for guests and venues.
Formal qualifications aren’t required; practical baking skills and a love for pastry will help you thrive in a supportive team led by our Pastry Chef. Daytime shifts from roughly 6am to 3.30pm provide a consistent schedule on the island.
