This is a full time, on-the-books position working directly with me and learning the finer side of the concrete industry.

The role

You’ll be involved in all aspects of our work including:

Architectural concrete

Honed concrete

Exposed aggregate

Polished concrete





Floating and architectural steps

Driveways and pool surrounds

Custom concrete features

Formwork, reinforcing, pouring and finishing

For the right trainee, experience isn’t essential. I’m more interested in finding someone with the right attitude who wants to learn, improve and stay with the business long term.

For an experienced concreter, I’m looking for someone who understands quality and wants to work on more detailed architectural projects rather than basic everyday concrete.

Full time employment. Not looking for subcontractors.
