The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity exists for a Health & Safety Coordinator to join an experienced and growing team. Reporting to senior leadership, you will play a key role in promoting and maintaining a positive safety culture across multiple projects. This position offers excellent exposure to a variety of project types and the opportunity to work closely with site teams, subcontractors and project stakeholders to ensure best-practice safety standards are achieved.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct site inspections, audits and workplace safety assessments
Monitor compliance with WHS legislation, policies and procedures
Assist in the development and implementation of safety management plans
Lead toolbox talks, safety inductions and training initiatives
Investigate incidents,



hazards and near misses, providing corrective actions
Support site teams in maintaining safe work practices
Prepare safety reports and compliance documentation
Foster a proactive and positive safety culture across projects

About You
Previous experience in a Health & Safety Coordinator or WHS role within construction
Robust knowledge of NSW WHS legislation and compliance requirements
Certificate IV in Work Health & Safety or equivalent qualification
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Solid attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Ability to build relationships with site teams and subcontractors
Passionate about driving continuous improvement in workplace safety
