DDH1 Drilling is seeking a Recruitment Advisor to join our People & Culture team. This role supports full high-volume recruitment, from sourcing and selection to onboarding, ensuring we attract and retain the best talent in a quick-paced workplace.

Available for immediate start, based in Perth or Queensland. You will build candidate pipelines, conduct interviews, coordinate inductions, and partner with internal stakeholders and agencies, with SAP SuccessFactors experience highly regarded.
