The Opportunity

We are looking for an Onboarding Officer to join our vibrant and professional team. To be considered for this position, you will ideally have:
Robust interpersonal and communication skills
At least one year of previous experience in a reception or administration role (health or medical industry highly regarded)
High level of accuracy and attention to detail, particularly in data entry
Bilingual proficiency is highly regarded
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer systems
Solid organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
A proactive, can-do attitude with a willingness to take initiative




Excellent written, verbal and numeracy skills

Your Responsibilities:

Your duties will include but are not limited to:
Managing incoming calls and directing enquiries appropriately
Coordinating client bookings, invoicing, and payments
Liaising with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, providers, and insurers, to support service delivery
Supporting basic bookkeeping functions
Providing general administrative support, including data entry, filing, and office coordination
Assisting the wider team with administrative tasks as required
