SOJO Pilates is looking for a Growth & Membership Consultant to join the team at Botany and Sans Souci studios in Sydney. This is a fitness sales role focused on helping people achieve their goals, growing the business and make a real difference. You'll work with current leads, run consultations, and convert intro clients into long-term members.

Key responsibilities
Call every current lead quickly
Run consultations in studio and over the phone
Manage leads from first enquiry to membership
Follow up every intro offer client

About you
Fitness sales experience - you've sold memberships in a gym, studio or wellness business
A passion for fitness and helping people
GoHighLevel know-how - comfortable with pipelines, workflows and follow-ups
Speed-to-lead - you're on a new lead in minutes, not hours
A growth mindset - you know your numbers and always want to beat them
