You'll work closely with your Project Manager, site team, subcontractors, consultants and clients, having real involvement in the commercial performance and delivery of your projects. You'll have ownership across subcontract procurement, negotiation and administration, variations, EOTs, claims and commercial reporting, cost forecasting and financial management, progress claims and payment schedules, procurement and subcontractor management, contract and document control, working closely with the site team to keep projects moving, and building solid relationships with subcontractors, consultants and clients.

About You
5+ years' experience in a Contract Administrator role with a commercial builder
Solid understanding of subcontract administration and procurement
Confidence managing variations, claims and commercial reporting
Strong attention to detail and commercial awareness
The ability to build relationships and communicate with a range of stakeholders
A practical, down-to-earth approach to getting things done
