We are seeking an experienced and motivated Warehouse Team Leader to join our operations team at Moorebank. This hands‑on leadership role is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse activities, ensuring operational efficiency, maintaining quality standards, and supporting a high‑performing team within a fast‑paced distribution setting.

The successful candidate will lead by example, providing guidance and support to warehouse employees while ensuring all tasks are completed safely, accurately, and on time.

Key Responsibilities
Lead, motivate and support warehouse team members to achieve daily operational targets.
Monitor workflow and allocate resources to ensure efficient warehouse operations.
Ensure compliance with quality control standards and operational procedures.
Maintain a protected working environment and promote safe work practices at all times.
Train, coach and develop team members to improve performance and capability.
Assist with receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch activities as required.
Monitor inventory accuracy and assist in resolving discrepancies.
Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operational outcomes.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practice solutions.




Complete administrative and reporting requirements accurately and within required timeframes.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:
Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution or logistics environment.
Proven experience leading or supervising a team.
Advanced interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and motivate others.
Sound working knowledge of warehouse and distribution centre operations.
Solid understanding of quality control standards and operational compliance.
Ability to exercise discretion, make decisions and solve problems within the scope of the role.
Robust organisational skills and attention to detail.
Commitment to workplace health and safety.
Current forklift licence (desirable).
