TMA Group is looking for an experienced Group Estimating Manager to lead our estimating function across Australia, Current Zealand, the Philippines and Fiji.

The Opportunity
Lead and develop estimating teams across multiple locations.
Oversee commercial print, labels and business forms estimating.
Drive faster, more accurate and commercially competitive quoting.
Own estimating standards, costing and pricing data.
Partner with Sales, Finance, Production and Technology to improve margins.
Help shape and implement a recent commercial print estimating platform.
Lead continuous improvement across CERM and Monarch.

What You’ll Bring




7+ years' print estimating experience.
3+ years' experience leading estimating teams.
Solid commercial print and/or label estimating background.
Experience with print MIS/estimating systems — CERM highly regarded.
Strong understanding of print production, costing, pricing and margins.
Commercial mindset with excellent leadership and communication skills.
