Elements North Queensland is seeking a capable Development Coordinator to join our Townsville projects. This permanent role within the Development team emphasizes ownership, initiative and adding value across residential developments and associated milestones.

You will collaborate with the Development/Construction Manager, coordinate consultants and contractors, and help steer end-to-end project delivery in a rapid-paced workplace. Flexible schedule and option to work from home are offered.
