Castle Personnel is seeking a Disability Support Worker for a part time role in the Newcastle, Lake Macquarie and Maitland regions. The position offers a 40-hour fort-night roster and the prospect to help participants build confidence and employment readiness.

You'll provide person-centred support, coaching and practical assistance in workplace and supported employment settings, fostering inclusion and meaningful outcomes for participants.
