UnitingCare Queensland’s BlueCare Caloundra Aged Care Facility seeks a Wellness Partner to deliver engaging, person-centred wellness activities for residents. You will work under the Wellness Lead to promote independence, dignity and quality of life in alignment with quality standards.

You will facilitate activities, collaborate with staff and volunteers, and support families to ensure programs meet resident needs while maintaining secure settings and compliance with policies.
