Logan City Council is seeking a Permanent Full‑Time Team Leader to supervise a small team of council employees and contractors delivering civil construction and maintenance across Logan's road, drainage and transport network.

You will supervise field operations, ensure works are completed safely, on time, within budget and to required quality standards, while coaching staff and coordinating with stakeholders. Hands‑on work with heavy machinery may be required.
