Shapland Swim Schools Everton Park is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the day-to-day operations of our learn-to-swim centre. This hands-on role suits someone who enjoys working with children, families and a small team, and who isn’t afraid to jump in, solve problems and keep things running smoothly.
The position is 25–30 hours per week with genuine potential to grow into full time management, taking on increasing responsibility across operations, staffing, enrolments and customer service.
