Junior Bookkeeper – Campbelltown Wellness Centre (Onsite)

Temporary position, initial term of 3 months. Casual, 9am - 2pm. Based in 1 Reddall Street, Campbelltown. Performance will be reviewed toward the end of the term, with the possibility of transitioning into a longer-term contract. This role will support the finance team with day-to-day bookkeeping, including some exposure to NDIS-specific billing and claims processes.

Key responsibilities
Assisting withAccounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP)
Preparing and processing invoices toNDIA and Plan Managers
Following up outstanding invoices and payments
Performingbank reconciliations
Assisting withpayroll
Assisting withNDIS plan management and related administration
Preparing and maintainingService Agreements
Keeping financial records accurate and up to date
Data entry and general bookkeeping tasks
Helping with other duties as required by the Senior Bookkeeper

Are currently working towards aCertificate IV in Bookkeeping or Accounting or have recently completed one.

Are eager to learn and develop your bookkeeping skills

Are comfortable workingin our office— this is anin-house position and not a work-from-home role
Experience withXero and Microsoft Office is essential.
