The Benevolent Society in Cairns is seeking an experienced Lead Early Childhood Educator to support children's wellbeing, relationships and learning in a cooperative team setting.

You will plan and document a rich program aligned with EYLF and NQS, working with therapists and educators to meet diverse needs. This permanent role offers 0.8 FTE or full time from mid January 2026, with pay at $38.25–$40.28 per hour plus super and salary packaging.
