EVT Group's Rydges Sydney Airport is seeking an experienced Cocktail Bartender to join Cloud 9 Rooftop Bar and Smithy's Bar. You will mix cocktails with flair, deliver memorable service, and engage with guests in a rapid-paced hotel workplace.

Rotating across outlets, you’ll showcase product knowledge, work early mornings and late nights to suit airport traffic, and contribute to an upbeat Daymaker culture that values hospitality and attention to detail.
