You will play a key role in supporting various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, compliance, and payroll coordination. Key Responsibilities
Assist in the recruitment process: posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews
Manage employee onboarding and exit processes
Maintain and update HR records, employee files, and databases
Support payroll processing and attendance tracking
Address employee queries and provide support on HR policies
Assist in organizing training, team-building activities, and engagement programs
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
Prepare HR reports and documentation as needed
