Century 21 Commercial Hervey Bay is seeking a motivated and adaptable individual to join our team as a Commercial Property Manager. If you're a self-starter with a passion for customer service and a knack for building relationships, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. This is a full-time role and we will provide extensive training, making prior property management experience non-essential.

The Role:

This is a key position where you will manage a growing portfolio of commercial, industrial, and retail properties. Your responsibilities will include:
Building and nurturing strong relationships with landlords and tenants
Handling tenant inquiries and resolving issues with a positive attitude
Conducting routine property inspections and preparing condition reports
Coordinating maintenance and repairs with contractors
Developing strategies to grow and enhance the rental portfolio

About You:





The ideal candidate will have:
Minimum 3 years experience in administration, property or a management role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
High level of organisation and attention to detail
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
A current driver's license and reliable vehicle
The willingness to obtain a QLD Real Estate Certificate of Registration (if you don't already have one)
