St Patrick's College Shorncliffe in Brisbane's bayside community is seeking a Junior Years Diverse Learning Leader. This is a 4 year fixed-term appointment with the potential for a further 4 years at Tier 2 Middle Leader level.
The role supports inclusive learning, coordination of personalised learning plans, intervention and case management for Years 5 and 6, and strengthens transitions into Year 7 through data sharing and collaboration with teachers, families and external specialists.
