Brisbane North PHN is seeking a values-driven Coordinator for the Adult Mental Health team. You will work with providers, communities and partners to design and coordinate services that address local needs and improve mental health outcomes in Brisbane North.

You will support consultation, co-design processes, contract management for Medicare Mental Health Centre providers, and monitor service quality while strengthening partnerships across primary care and community health sectors.
