The Holland Park Hotel is seeking an hands-on Assistant Manager to lead busy pub floors, oversee service in dining, gaming, and bar areas, and partner with venue leaders to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

You will mentor a agile hospitality team, coordinate cross-department operations, and ensure safety and efficiency in peak periods. RSA/RSG/RMLV and Approved Managers Licence are required, with a focus on hands-on leadership.
