Inbound Sales & Customer Service Consultants - Home and Contents Insurance

You are the face and voice of Sure Insurance and will be the primary point of contact for all Direct telephone sales and service interactions, including policy sales and maintenance, online assistance and payments. As a Sales & Service Consultant, you are committed to ensuring that every customer interaction is one that leaves them delighted.

Key responsibilities

Serve as primary point of contact for Direct customers, taking inbound telephone sales & service calls

Handle policy sales and maintenance

Provide online assistance and payments support

Focus on servicing the customer
