Club Ryde is a welcoming community club in the heart of Ryde, offering great dining, entertainment, gaming and events for members and guests. We're seeking an experienced and hands-on Duty Manager to help lead our operations and create exceptional experiences across the venue.

This is an chance for a hospitality professional who enjoys leading from the front, supporting teams and making a genuine impact in a community-focused club.

About the Role

As Duty Manager, you'll oversee the day-to-day operation of the club, ensuring high standards of service, compliance and presentation while supporting a positive and engaged team culture.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise daily club operations
Deliver outstanding customer service and member experiences
Coach, support and motivate team members
Ensure compliance with liquor, gaming and club regulations




Manage customer enquiries and resolve issues professionally
Maintain venue presentation and operational standards
Support functions, promotions and special events

About You
Previous experience in a Duty Manager, Supervisor or Team Leader role
Strong leadership and communication skills
Passion for hospitality and customer service
Ability to work in a fast-paced setting
Sound understanding of gaming and club operations
Current RSA and RCG qualifications
