Green Leaves Albany Creek is seeking a Lead Nursery Educator to lead day-to-day care and programming for children aged six weeks and up in a purpose-built, two-level centre. You will mentor a team, ensure continuity of the program, and build robust relationships with families as the first point of contact for your room.
You will contribute to the centre's Quality Improvement Plan, maintain high standards of care, and participate in leadership development and annual reviews.
