We’re looking for our Mob to join the team at CDC NSW as Bus Drivers.

If you’re Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander and live near Seven Hills, Rouse Hill or Dural we’d love to hear from you.

This is part of our journey in reconciliation – walking together, creating jobs that feel right for our people, and building strong futures.

Why CDC NSW:

We’re the biggest private bus mob in NSW, and we’re proud to serve our communities every day.

We’re about real people, real stories, and real connections. No fancy suits – just good yarns, respect, and teamwork.

We stand by our values:
Respect for Country and Culture
Safe and inclusive workplaces
Opportunities for growth and learning

What’s in it for you?
Good pay – $33.8304/hour weekdays, with potential to earn up to $90k/year
Free OPAL card – travel anywhere in NSW
License upgrades – we’ll help you get there

Training and support – we walk with you every step of the way
Culturally safe team – where you can be yourself
Career pathways – grow your skills and take on recent roles
Discounts – on groceries, gym, health cover, and even cars

Who we’re looking for

If you care about your mob, your community, and keeping people safe – this could be for you.

You don’t need to be a bus driver already. If you’ve got a valuable driving record and a deadly attitude, we’ll teach you the rest.

All you need is a positive current driving record and a full driver's license held for a minimum of 12 months.

CDC NSW pays respect to Elders past and present, and to all First Nations peoples.

We honor your connection to land, waters, and community.
