The Prince of Wales, a flagship venue, is transforming with a brand-current rooftop concept in St Kilda. We are building a kitchen team to deliver elevated pub fare, shared dishes, and a vibrant dining atmosphere that suits relaxed afternoons and buzzing nights.

We’re looking for Chefs at Sous Chef to Kitchen Porter levels who thrive in busy kitchens, bring pride in quality and presentation, and want to grow with a growing hospitality group in Australia and Recent Zealand.
