We are seeking a highly motivated Catering Team Leader to ensure the efficient operations of the entire front of house Cafe & Restaurant operations of the Club, with particular emphasis on exceptional customer service, and consistency of staff’s duties and responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
Effective and effective operation of Catering Areas
Supervision and Training of Staff
Communication and reccomendations to Management
Maintaining hygiene and occupational health and safety requirements
Customer relations with our loyal members and guests

Requirements:
Self Motivated with previous supervision experience
QLD RSA
Positive written and oral communication skills
Customer service focused
