Workfast is seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our Brisbane team. The role offers a base salary of $85k–$95k per year, with uncapped commissions and an OTE of $150k+.
The position includes a $15k car allowance, Monday–Friday office-based work in South Brisbane, and the prospect to manage a warm desk with major national clients across blue-collar sectors. You will recruit for multiple roles, manage client relationships, and mobilise staff to site.
