We are seeking passionate Certificate III or Diploma qualified Educators, who are looking to join our amazing team atGrow Early Education Dalbyon a casual basis!

The successful candidates will be actively engaged in educating and caring for children under five years of age, and effectively communicating and developing relationships with children, families and Educators.

About your new role:

Your passion and enthusiasm will see you assist in leading a classroom by effectively engaging with children, families, Educators, and the wider community.

Work at all times in compliance with Government regulations and centre policies and procedures to meet our high-quality standards.

Network with relevant stakeholders in the local community.

Build strong relationships and partnerships with children and families.

Contribute to the documentation of the children's skills and interests, and include a transparent cycle of reflective practice.

About you:

Certificate III or Diploma qualification in Children’s Services as approved by ACECQA.

Current Blue Card, approved first aid,



anaphylaxis and asthma qualifications.

Experience in an early childhood setting.

A sound understanding of the EYLF and NQF.

Confidence in building solid relationships and partnerships with children and families.
