Maybe Frank Randwick Pty Ltd is seeking a Chef de Partie to assist the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations, ensuring quality, safety, and consistent service. This hands-on role requires leadership during shifts and robust collaboration with the broader kitchen team.

The successful candidate will have 2–3 years' experience in a similar role, hold a Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery, and possess valid Food Safety certification with HACCP knowledge.
