Supporting a diverse workforce across Australia, you'll play a key role in delivering end-to-end recruitment across a varied portfolio of blue and white-collar positions. This permanent chance would suit an experienced TA professional who enjoys being hands-on with recruitment while building strong relationships with hiring managers and contributing to the broader Talent strategy.

The Chance

Reporting to the Head of HR, you'll be managing a broad portfolio of vacancies across different functions and locations. Recruitment will range from high-volume positions through to specialist, technical and leadership roles.
Managing end-to-end recruitment from briefing through to offer and pre-employment checks
Partnering closely with hiring managers to understand requirements and develop appropriate sourcing strategies
Proactively sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, SEEK, referrals, talent pools and internal mobility
Coaching and supporting hiring managers through interviewing and selection
Building talent pools for recurring and hard-to-fill positions




Contributing to recruitment reporting, process improvement and the use of digital and AI-enabled recruitment tools.

About You

To be successful in this role, you'll bring:
Around 5+ years' experience within Talent Acquisition, ideally within manufacturing, FMCG or a similar industrial environment
Experience managing a mix of high-volume and specialist recruitment
Solid stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
A proactive, hands-on approach and genuine interest in improving recruitment processes.
