EVT Group is seeking a front-of-house guest services team member for on-site roles at our Melbourne properties. You will provide warm, knowledgeable service, handle concierge duties, and help guests plan reservations while coordinating with multiple hotel departments to deliver a seamless stay.

With a driver’s licence and robust communication, you’ll thrive in a quick-paced, guest-focused workplace, including nights and weekends as needed. This role offers growth within EVT’s hotel network.
