Koch Fertilizer Australia is seeking a Terminal Operations Specialist to optimise terminal reception, handling, storage, loading and dispatch across our network. You will work with 3PL partners to understand equipment and processes and drive improvements for protected, productive and reliable product movement.

You will lead quality variations end to end and develop training to prevent recurrence while supporting KPI reporting and customer-focused communications.
