BlueCare, part of UnitingCare, seeks a Wellness Lead to oversee the Wellness & Engagement Program across aged care sites. You will lead planning, delivery and evaluation of activities, coach Wellness Partners and volunteers, and ensure programs are person-centred and inclusive, supporting resident independence and wellbeing.

The role requires flexibility to support multiple locations, travel as needed, and a current Queensland Driver Licence.
