The Learning Sanctuary Spotswood is seeking a Centre Manager to drive operational excellence in a 125-place childcare centre. You’ll lead a dedicated team, oversee staffing, budgets, and parent communication, and ensure safety and high-quality early learning.

Ideal candidates have an ACECQA‑approved Diploma in Early Childhood Education, at least 3 years in a licensed setting with leadership experience, and a robust focus on teamwork and development.
