Plena Healthcare is seeking a Dietitian to provide high-quality mobile dietetics services to adults in Residential Aged Care facilities and the local community. You will report to the Dietetics Team Leader and deliver person-centred care, contribute to nutrition improvements, and lead educational sessions.
You will conduct menu and mealtime assessments, collaborate with Plena colleagues and external stakeholders, document clinically, and commit to continuous improvement and best practice.
