Long established civil contracting family business is seeking an experiencedLabourer / Roller Operatorto join our team.

The role will involve general labouring duties along with operating a roller as required, working across small to medium civil works and quarry environments.

This position offers consistent and regular work, with casual employment initially and the prospect for full time/permanent employment for the right applicant after an initial trial period.

To be considered, we are seeking someone with:

Previous experience in civil construction and/or quarry works

Experience operating a roller

Current Construction Induction Safety Certificate – White Card

Ability and willingness to undertake general labouring duties

Quarry experience is highly regarded

Own reliable transport to get to and from work

Excellent work ethic and a robust commitment to safety

We are looking for someone who is reliable, willing to get in and help wherever required, and comfortable working as part of a civil construction team.
